Presentation Topic #1: SharePoint Governance and the Role of the Site OwnerMetalogix – Metalogix

A functional governance plan is essential for a SharePoint farm, but often times the site owners are not accounted for. With farms growing larger it is becoming more important to involve the users who actually own the content as it is impractical to think that IT should know and understand all of the content on each site. The session will focus on key components to a SharePoint governance plan but with a focus on the role of site owners and content owners.
