Topic: Getting More out of Power BI
Roy Higgs of K2 will be giving an overview of Microsoft’s Power BI Platform, data acquisition, accessing on premises data, data refresh, creation and design, embedded reports in and out of SharePoint, content packs, and presentation of your data. He will also give tips and tricks with synonyms, natural language, layout tips, and refreshing data.

Roy is an Enterprise Technical Specialist at K2 where his duties include conducting product demonstrations, leading Strategy Briefings, and the creation and display of Process Driven Solutions. He resides in northern California and serves the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and Western Canada regions. Roy has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. As a Solution Architect for ten years at a global consulting firm, Roy was responsible for the design and delivery of many SharePoint and .NET application solutions to solve the business problems of respected enterprise level clients.
