Topic: SharePoint “Back to Basics”

This month Chris Romp and Caitlin Young from R3 Interworks are presenting a “Back to Basics” session for working with SharePoint. We will cover some introductory topics like working with documents (sharing, syncing, co-authoring), working with and customizing SharePoint lists and libraries, options for automating business processes, and audience questions as they arise. This will be an interactive, demo-heavy session, so please come with your questions and an appetite for free pizza.

Speakers:

Chris Romp is the founder and a Principal Consultant at R3 Interworks, and a member of the SFSPUG board for 9+ years. He has over 18 years of IT and software experience, and has been building custom solutions on SharePoint since 2007. Chris lives in San Francisco and enjoys collecting passport stamps, running, and falling out of airplanes. https://linkedin.com/in/chrisromp

Caitlin Young is a Principal Consultant at R3 Interworks, with a focus on business analysis and user-centered design. She’s been helping real people make practical use of SharePoint since 2006 and has lots of cynically practical advice on this topic, as well as Enterprise Project Management, Intranet Governance and Process Improvement.
